As animal lovers ourselves we understand what families go through when they lose a pet, and have also heard many horror stories about the way some crematoria operate. Our facilities and services have been set up to offer the highest levels of respect both for the animal and the grieving owners come to say goodbye. In line with legal requirements and our own determination to be amongst the best in the country we are also committed to and accredited by the following organisations. 

National Federation of Private Pet Crematoria
We are full members of the NFPPC who set out only to invite crematoria with the highest standards into their organisation. Helping crematoria keep up with legislation and regulations the federation also offer advice and recommendations to the general public on what to expect from professional vets and crematoria.

Environment Agency and DEFRA licenced
All pet crematoriums in the UK are required by law to hold a site licence from their Regional Environment Agency or Local Authority, this assures customers of a professionally run service which carries out cremations using proper equipment and measures to control emissions such as mercury into the atmosphere. We closely comply with all relevant legislation and carry out all our own cremations on site so that we can be absolutely sure that your wishes are carried out.

Pet bereavement support
We highly recommend the services of the Pet Bereavement Support Service which is run by the Blue Cross and can offer you additional support and understanding to get you through the tough experience of saying goodbye.
