Communal Cremations
Our communal cremation service means that every animal companion can receive a properly respectful goodbye.
Although Cherry Tree specialise in individual cremations we understand that the cost of individual cremation is sometimes just too much, and offer a professional communal cremation service to ensure that everyone can give their animal companion a respectful farewell. Sometimes it isn’t a case of money and owners just prefer the communal option; we believe that whatever you want, we’re happy to provide it.
The process of a communal pet cremation is;
Your veterinarian confirms that your companion has passed away and at your request will hand your companion over to you.
You bring your companion to the crematorium, or we can collect it from your veterinary surgery. We’ll then meet you in one of our comfortable reception rooms to discuss exactly how you would like to proceed.
We’ll leave you alone to say goodbye one last time for as long as you need in complete privacy, we understand what a difficult time this can be.
The body will be taken to our chapel of rest to await a dignified communal cremation alongside several other loved companions.
A proportion of all communal ashes are scattered upon the earth afterwards. As the majority of our cremations are individual we do not have a garden of remembrance.
Saying good bye is a highly personal occasion and we have built our facilities and services around providing you and your passed companion with absolute dignity and respect. It is always entirely up to you whether you choose communal or individual pet cremations, we just advise that you consider your choice very carefully so that you have no regrets at a later date.
Fully licenced by the Environment Agency and a member of the NFPPC you can trust in us to provide the service your companion deserves. As animal owners ourselves we understand what you’re going through and try to provide the kind of service we would expect for ourselves and our beloved companions.
