Latest News
We are constantly working to improve our services and facilities to offer the best possible service to all animals and their human families.
Following feedback from our customers and our own constantly developing understanding and improving of our services we regularly make improvements to our facilities and the way we do our work; you can find the very latest changes and general news here or feel free to contact us at any time to learn more about the services we offer or arrange to visit and look round.
Our new facilities
We’re very proud to have recently completed a range of works extending and improving our facilities. One of the most important parts of the improvements are an additional reception room allowing us to give grieving owners and families as much time and privacy as they need to say goodbye to their animal friend. Learn more about our centre on the facilities page.
Horse ambulance service
We love horses and have worked with them for many years; something that has always concerned us is the limited equine ambulance services available at many events and occasions, which delays critical treatment of injuries and can make a minor problem much worse. Our fully equipped and Jockey Club approved ambulance comes staffed by expert handlers with a full support harness to get horses quickly and securely to a veterinarian in the event of a fall. Learn more on our horse ambulance page.
New caskets added to our range
We continually keep a look out for beautiful and well made caskets and other items of remembrance, taking care to only offer those which are big enough to hold all the ashes. Ranging from classic wooden box caskets to remembrance picture frames and Rocking Horse Tributes you can look over the items we now offer on our caskets page.
Behind the Scenes at Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium
We are the first crematorium in the UK to offer handcrafted rocking horse replicas handmade by the Stevenson Brothers in Kent, for more information please click here.
