Following the recent heartbreaking loss of our golden retriever - Gus I wanted to thank you on behalf of myself and my family. Your caring and compassionate nature made an incredibly difficult time just a bit easier to bear. Nothing was too much trouble and your attentiveness to each of our "many" requests has meant that we now have a little reminder of Gus to keep. Whilst being able to take the rest of his ashes on a final walk to his favourite place. Thank you again for everything you have done for Gus.

Thank You so much for everything you did on Tuesday - you made it all that easier to deal with. Being a nurse you think it would be easier but when it's your own it so hard to deal with. Merlin was a very homely cat but I guess his curiosity got the better of him. He had the best three years of being spoilt rotten but it's still so hard. We miss him greatly but with your help the final parting was easier to deal with. Thank you so much, you do a fantastic job.

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to you for your kindness in the loss of our dear old pony, Socks. Firstly may I say how impressed I was with the way the gentleman who came out to us dealt with the situation. Never a pleasant experience for anyone, but he managed to make it as comfortable for us as I'm sure he could. Secondly, I was not sure what to expect when waiting for Socks' ashes back; a large cardboard box, I imagined. When I saw the casket, David, and her shoes all beautifully cleaned, I just cried. It is absolutely beautiful, thank you so much. I have four children, who were all very close to Socks and they were delighted. It was so nice for them to receive something as lovely as this back and it really does help with the pain. She has taken pride of place in the lounge & it just feels like she is with us. I was dreading the day that we had to say goodbye to Socks, not only because of the loss and pain, but also because I did not think that I would be able to afford to have Socks cremated, let alone have her ashes back. You have made this possible David and I cannot begin to tall you how very grateful I am to you (and of course to my good friend David Weir). I will certainly recommend your services to my many horsey friends, when their times come.

No doubt you understand what an emotional roller coaster ride I feel I've been on, and what a painful and traumatic time it was for me when we met; I wish that hadn't been the case but sometimes circumstances dictate otherwise. I did just want to thank you as your kind words, sympathetic and understanding nature and thoughtfulness helped to make an unbearable situation slightly more tolerable and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you for the care and deep sensitivity you showed us when we cremated our cat Nero on 15th.
