We were very thankful that our darling pony was taken to the crematorium in such a dignified manner. Ever since we had brought her to live at home with us, it was one of the things I worried about most. What would happen when it was time for her to leave, how would they do it, would it be terrible? As it was, I need not have spent that time worrying about those things. It made our grief so much less stressful knowing that she had left our home in such a gentle and dignified way.
The beautiful basket with her ashes inside now sits on my dressing table.
Thank you
