On Saturday the 20th March 2021 we very sadly had our beloved King Charles Cavalier Tootsie put to sleep. She was 12 and a half and gave us joy and happiness along with unconditional love she gave. Unfortunately it was only 3 months after our Chloe Clark who was another cavalier aged only 9 who was riddled with Cancer was also put to sleep . Words cannot express the loss we are feeling at the moment for our 2 special girls. We were very fortunate with both of them that we had Tina the vet who was absolutely amazing of whom we couldn’t praise her high enough along with you all at Cherry Tree who laid them both to rest in such a dignified and caring manner. It is still very raw for us as we miss them deeply but having the compassion from yourselves and Tina will hopefully help us through this sad time.
Thankyou very much

I just want to thank all of you for such a compassionate service last week when we lost our beautiful Doberman Oakley.
I phoned Cherry Tree in a total state of shock and floods of tears and it was such a relief to hear a soothing, peaceful soul at the other end of the phone who guided me through the whole process with dignity, ease and understanding.
Our lady was collected within the hour by a kindly and patient man and returned home to us by the end of the same day, back to where she belongs and beautifully presented.
I can’t thank you enough for what you did for us on that day,the efficiency with which you did it and how your exceptional service really did make a tragic chain of events leading to our girls demise that morning just that little bit easier.Cathryn
Words cannot express how heartbroken we are having lost our baby boy, Bubba. He was everything to us and more. We had him with us for 12 years of his wonderful 17. He was my only baby and I cannot begin to explain how he filled our lives with joy and happiness.
When we had to take him on his final journey to Cherry Tree we were traumatised. When we reached there we cannot begin to express the love, compassion and dignity not only for our Little Guy but to us to. The understanding David and Joseph showed us was, well yet again I cannot find the words! I am sitting here trying to find them. Compassion, dignity, love respect. The list goes on and on. We never for one moment felt we needed to leave our dear beloved baby Bubba. But sadly we said our goodbyes. We returned three hours later to take our baby home. He was there waiting for us with his blanket beside him. We took him that same day.
I am in awe of all at Cherry Tree for the, as I said earlier the compassion they had shown us. David Joseph and all at Cherry Tree we thank you for helping our little man. I cannot say more as my eyes are filled with tears.Amanda & Andrew
Once again, within 12 months, I needed Cherry Tree &, once again, you made the heartbreak bearable with your empathy, kindness & understanding. Though words are not enough they are all I have so thank you for your compassion & patience when I brought my precious little Rosie to you 💔Mary
I can’t express my thanks enough to David and his wonderful family, for making one of the worst days in our lives more bearable. The empathy, understanding and kindness was exceptionable, a thoroughly professional service carried out by people who genuinely care about people and their beloved pets.
Nothing was too much trouble, and such care and dignity was given to our darling boy Spud on his final journey. I wouldn’t use anyone else.Pam
Thank you so much for the way you helped us with Syds final journey, our vet thought putting our beloved cat to sleep in the back of a car was acceptable! When phoning yourself you arranged for Cherry tree Gentle Farewells vet Nicola to contact us, and its the best thing we have ever done. Nicola came out to us and due to pandemic, respected all precautions, but most importantly respected Syd and our final wishes for him. Sydney was put to sleep in my arms and in his home, no stress of having to put him in a car and make an unnecessary journey. Syd then went on his final journey to rainbow bridge at the crematorium, again compassion, respect, everything Syd deserved, was shown. Syd is now back home, in his sleeping cat casket , and this unbearable time was made so much easier by yourselves THANK YOU SO MUCH you are all angels in my mindDawn
